Lucy Ann Dill

July 10, 1954 - May 31, 2021

Lucy Ann Dill passed away peacefully at her home on May 31, 2021, after a 3 year long battle with breast cancer. Lucy was the loving and devoted wife of 11 years to William “Bill” B. Dill, Jr. Although they celebrated 11 years of marriage, they were together for 22 wonderful years. Lucy was also a loving and supportive mother to her daughter Sarah. She always supported Sarah in her various journeys in life. Lucy enjoyed playing, dancing and making memories with her grandchildren. Her kind, fun-loving and outgoing personality brought joy to many. Lucy was a dedicated administrative assistant for 26 years at The Hartford Insurance Company before moving on to work for an additional 12 years at Mister, Burton and French Accounting Firm. Besides her family, her other great love was animals. Lucy adored her dogs, Bitsy and Brady, but loved all animals great or small, even the birds in her back yard. She loved vacationing with her husband at the beach and at different Islands over the years and truly enjoyed her free time with family and friends. In addition to her husband, Bill, Lucy is survived by her loving daughter, Sarah Falk and her husband Nate and step-daughter, Rachel Dill; her dear grandchildren, Elijah, Lily, Kilah, Kayden, and Jaxon; and her step-brother, Rick Bolin and his wife Cathy. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. A viewing will be held at St. John the Baptist Church, 315 N. Constitution Ave New Freedom, PA 17349 on Friday June 4 th from 10:00 am – 11:00 am, with a Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 am. Interment will immediately follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation or your local ASPCA.
