Billie F. Franczkowiak

Billie F. (Bozman) Franczkowiak,76, passed away on September 28, 2025. She was loving wife of Lawrence “Larry” J. Franczkowiak of Stewartstown, with whom she shared the last 32 years together.

She grew up in Essex, Md/ Middle River, MD and moved to Stewartstown in 2003. She loved watching Baltimore Orioles baseball. She was an excellent cook and had a talent for baking, especially Black Bottom Cupcakes.

Family was very important to her. She loved celebrating the holidays and hosting family gatherings. She was also known for being a good-hearted person.

In addition to her husband Lawrence “Larry”, she is survived by her granddaughter Makenzie A. Marsh, sisters Charlotte Purzycki (Richard) and Sharon Coster, former daughter in law Robyn Marsh Miller, nephews Rodney, Michael (Janet), and Jeffrey (Carrie) Coster, niece Elise (Megan) Nichols, goddaughter Jenna Coster. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Stephen E. Marsh, Jr.

Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
