Bradley M. Frey, 65, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Ann M. (Zimmerman) Frey, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. A public visitation will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Fawn United Methodist Church, 67 S. Market St., Fawn Grove, PA 17321. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am at the church with the Rev. Dr. Charles Salisbury officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., Stewartstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. Bradley was born April 18, 1952 in York to the late Gerald E. and Mary A. (McClain) Frey. He was a mail carrier in Fawn Grove for 28 years before retiring in 2010. He played poker, was a member of Fawn UMC and its choir, Masonic Lodge #663 in Fawn Grove, American Legion Post #455 in Stewartstown, the Zembo Shrine and York County Shrine Club, and Fawn Cemetery Association. Bradley formerly served Mayor of Fawn Grove and helped with pit meat sales for fundraisers. He especially enjoyed bowling, NASCAR and watching baseball. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Toni A. Frey of Washington, D.C.; a grandson, Riley M. Frey; and two brothers, Ronald McClain and his wife, Judy of York, and Robert Frey and his wife, Doris, of Tennessee. Memorial contributions in Bradley’s name may be made to Fawn UMC Choir at the church address noted above.
