Clarence W. Lamb

Clarence W. Lamb, 87, of Shrewsbury, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. He was the husband of Gloria L. (Combs) Lamb, with whom he celebrated 66 years of marriage with on June 23. Born in Baltimore, Clarence was the son of the late John R. and Beulah (Watkins) Lamb. In addition to his wife, Clarence was survived by his children, Deborah Brown and her husband Jeffrey, Jacqueline (Harris) Scott and her husband William,Kimberly Sweeney, Gary Lamb; 5 grandchildren, Linda Swegon, Amie Stone, Patrick Sweeney, Brielle Lamb, Connor Lamb; 3 great grandchildren, Calie Swegon, Madison Swegon, Logan Swegon.He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Lamb. He was a current member of the Baltimore Yacht Club. Viewings will be on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-8:30 p.m. at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, PA. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Aaron Cope, Chaplain at SpiriTrust Lutheran officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The family requests donations to be made to Kelly's Dream, www.kellysdream.org, in honor of Clarence.
