Constance “Connie” Mae (Mitchell) Troutman, 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 20, 2020. She was the wife of the late Ronald A. Troutman who passed away December 13, 2016. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of the late Howard Mitchell and Edna Mae (McGill) Mitchell. She loved spending time with her family. She was noted for her caregiving nature, enjoyed giving hugs and was best at sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she met. She is survived by her four children, Ronda L. Scotten, and her husband Kenneth, Brent Troutman, and his wife Courtney Lynn, Alicia A. Hensley, and her husband Steve, and Ryan D. Troutman, and his wife Melissa; 8 grandchildren, Kenton A., Kasey L., and Sharla R. Scotten, Summer M. and Grant L. Hensley, and Brady D., Gavin M., and Ian Brent Troutman; one great grandchild, Addison K. Scotten; brother, Howard “Bud” Mitchell; and many nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by a grandson, Alex Brent Troutman. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 10:30a.m. at Grace Fellowship Church; 74 E Forrest Ave, Shrewsbury, PA 17361.
