Crystal M. Mullins

d. September 28, 2025

Crystal Marie Mullins, 24, of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania passed away September 28, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Michael Kevin and Bette Renee Mullins. In addition to her parents, Crystal is survived by her sister Amie Renee Mullins, cousin Monique Jones (Mike Ziegler), aunts and uncles Jeff Mullins, Debra Mullins, William Jones, Claudine Jones, and Hugh Jones, maternal step grandfather Niel Leon. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Ellison and Shelby Mullins, her maternal grandmother Anne Jones, and her cousin Henri Jones.

Crystal was a compassionate, warm, kind, fun spirited young soul. She is deeply loved by all her family, friends, and co-workers.

During grade school, she was passionate about softball. She played for Kennard-Dale High School & Churchville Lightning, and created so many lasting friendships.

She graduated from Kennard Dale High School and continued her undergraduate studies at Stevenson University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Crystal was then accepted into the highly competitive graduate program at Elizabethtown College to become a physician assistant. After the completion of her studies there, she received her master of science degree and was eligible to sit for her boards. She was incredibly successful in all of her studies, so it is no surprise she passed this intense exam with flying colors and officially became a certified physician assistant. Her dream job was to work in orthopedics, and this dream became a reality when she was offered a job locally at OSS.

Crystal blossomed into an amazing provider who genuinely enjoyed caring for patients in need of a joint replacement surgery.

Crystal Marie, we are so proud of the amazing woman that you were, are, and forever will be. So many were blessed to know Crystal and agree that one could not help but smile when in her presence. She had a bright personality and so much beauty. It is especially the beauty from within that could radiate and warm an entire room. Crystal loved and longed for Jesus, so we hold onto all of the memories we have with her here on Earth until we meet again in Heaven.
