Darlene F. Burnum (Trout)

Darlene F. (Trout) Burnum, 74, died Monday, March 14, 2016 at ManorCare Health Services, Dallastown. She was the wife of the late T. Marvin Burnum, who died November 19, 1992. A visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1 pm on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown. The service will begin at 1 pm on Thursday with Pastor John Waltermyer officiating. Burial will follow the service in Stewartstown Cemetery, Stewartstown. Born September 19, 1941 in Stewartstown, Darlene was the daughter of the late Everett and Goldie (Bear) Trout. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Hernandez of Seven Valleys; grandchildren, Nachelle Ilnicki and her husband, Christopher, and Nicole Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Christina and Cayden; brother, Ronald Trout and his wife, Katherine; and lifelong friend, Jerry Writer. In addition to her husband and parents, Darlene was preceded in death by an infant brother, Gene Trout and a sister, Betty Lou Trout.
