Dianne Moore

Dianne Moore (Duckworth), 84, of New Freedom Pennsylvania passed away on September 1, 2026.

Born on August 25, 1942 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late Gilberta N. (Moffatt) and Harold H. Duckworth, Sr.

Dianne began her career as a teller with Baltimore Federal Financial and later advanced to Branch Manager. She was the Assistant Manager for Sparks Bank and retired as Branch Manager of Arundel Federal. Following her retirement, she worked with her son Gary, at his business, The Village Chimney Sweeps in York, Pennsylvania. She volunteered with ACCESS of York, C.A.S.A of York County, and Paul Smith Library of Southern York County in Shrewsbury Pennsylvania. She was an avid reader and loved spending time at the beach. She enjoyed spending time with her husband Joe and their Shih Tzu, Savannah. She especially enjoyed visits from her great granddaughters.

Dianne is survived by her loving husband Joseph J. Gaiski, her children, Michele D. Holden (husband Tim) and Gary P. Richardson, Jr. (Wife JoAnn); her grandchildren, Kelsey A. Stewart and Molly E. Holden and her great grandchildren, Lila Stewart and Hailie Stewart.

She was predeceased by her brother Harold H. Duckworth, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA 17349 at 12:00 p.m. with a time of visitation from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m.
