Douglas C. Rogers

Douglas C. Rogers, 64, formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away peacefully Friday, February, 17, 2017. He was the loving husband of Marjorie Trout and they celebrated 20 years of marriage on February 14, 2017. Born in Crisfield, MD, Doug was the son of the late William and Stella (Lawson) Rogers. A graduate of Penn State Mont Alto, Doug was a member of the Tau Phi Delta fraternity. Doug was most recently employed as a police officer with the Maryland Transportation Authority.A diehard Ravens fan, Doug and his wife had season tickets and enjoyed tailgating. Doug was a member of the Ravens Roost and enjoyed Penn State football games. Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, David Rogers of Baltimore. Services are private.
