Edith M. Myers (Gage)

Edith M. (Gage) Myers, 76, of Parkton, Md., died on December 29, 2016 at Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care, Towson, Md. Surviving are her children, Melissa Blevins, Bobbie Roberts, John and Ben Myers, June Mowery, Jennifer Sturm and Victoria Plaine; 23 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren with one on the way!; and siblings, Herbert and Kenneth Gage. She was preceded in death by three children, Becky Griffey, David Eyler and Danny Myers; and siblings, Beverly Galvao and Keith Gage. Visitation will be held from 11 am until a funeral service begins at 1 pm on Wed., Jan. 4, 2017 at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA. Interment will follow the service in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, Timonium, Md. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edith's memory are recommended to Gilchrist Hospice Care, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
