Eric Matthew Mohar

Eric Matthew Mohar, 36, of Dallastown PA passed away on September 22, 2026. Born on September 14, 1990, in York, PA, he was the son of Frank Eric Mohar and Chrystle L. (Kline). Eric graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2009 and obtained his associate’s degree in engineering CAD technology from Thaddeus Stevens in 2012. Eric worked at Johnson Controls as a Compressor Designer for 13 years.

In his spare time, he loved longboarding, golfing with his brothers, camping, and playing Ultimate Frisbee. But what he loved most in life was spending time with his three children, Jace, Beckham, and Faye. He cherished every moment spent with them, and being their dad was his greatest joy. His love for his children was endless and will live on through them.

Eric is survived by his three children Jace Allen, Beckham Cade, and Faye Ivy Mohar of New Freedom; parents Frank and Chrystle Mohar of Dallastown, brother Cody Mohar and his wife Cassidy of Red Lion, brother Tyler Mohar and his wife Lexie of Dallastown; four nieces Lincoln, Taytum, Haven, and Cecelia; Grandmother Charlene Kline of Glen Rock; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bob and Norma Mohar and Charles Kline; his Uncle Chuck Warner; and his daughter Caroline Faye Mohar.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at Glenview Alliance Church 10037 Susquehanna Trail S, Glen Rock, PA 17327.
