Harold R. Miller, Jr.

Harold R. Miller, Jr., age 92, entered into rest on December 27, 2025. He was the husband of Nancy (Burkins) Miller for 73 years. Born on February 21, 1933, he was the son of the late Harold R. & Eveyln (Grove) Miller, Sr.

Two daughters, Debra Bupp and her husband, Stanley, Stewartstown; Lorie Gray and her husband, John, Stewartstown; One son, Dean H. Miller and his wife, Linda A. Miller, Stewartstown.

Grandchildren, Angela Baldwin, and her husband Tracey, Stacey Strayer, and her husband Jeremy, Ryan Miller, and his wife Kyrsten, and Shawn Gray; he was predeceased by his granddaughter, Ashley (Miller) Ayres, 2017.

Six great-grandchildren, Levi Strayer, Kaitlyn Baldwin, Audrey and Sarah Ayres, Weston and Lindsey Miller.

He is survived by his brother, Gary Miller, New Park and sister Lynda Garvine, South Carolina.

He graduated from Red Lion High School in 1951.

He was a lifelong farmer in the Stewartstown area.

A life member of Round Hill Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Felton and formerly served as an Elder and Trustee. He was a Seedway, Hubner and Hoffman's Seeds Salesman and member of the York County Farm Bureau. He frequented the Taylor Haus Restaurant, Stewartstown and Hoss's Restaurant (in East York); and enjoyed NASCAR racing and his favorite cat, Tom.

Many thanks to the caregivers at Deanie Taylor King Home Care for the many hours of service, hard work, and dedication given to Harold. You are truly a blessing.

There will be a viewing at Round Hill Presbyterian Church, 7362 Church Rd. Felton, PA, 17322, from 10:00-11:00AM, Saturday, January 3, 2026; with the service beginning at 11:00AM. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Dr. David D. Feiser and Rev. Dr. Chester Joines. Burial will be in the Round Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
