James Archie McCallum, Jr son of the late Georgette and James McCallum was born on June 10th, 1963 in Baltimore, MD.He departed this life on February 1st, 2017.He received his education at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and graduated in 1981.After graduation, James attended DeVry University in Columbus Ohio.Ultimately, he received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Maryland at Baltimore County in December of 2009. James married his high school sweetheart, Taundiiee Johnson, and became a father to Taundy Johnson, in 1993.In 1994, James would welcome daughter, Jessica Ayanna into the world. Throughout his life, James dedicated himself to his family and friends. James was happy to share his knowledge of the word of God with those around him.In 1995, James accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized at Union Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Randallstown, MD.After moving to Stewartstown, PA in 2006, James cast his lot at Grace Fellowship Church in Shrewsbury, PA around about 2013.During this time, he became involved with Grace Kids, Adullam Caves Boys Group, and the Men’s Group. James enjoyed music and especially enjoyed turning up the music when spending time with his family.James was an avid bike rider and rode his bike to and from work as much as he could.Anytime there was good weather, you could find him on one of his long-distance rides with friends or even alone through the beautiful trails of York County, Pennsylvania. James was a loving and caring person and shared his zest for life with all those around him.He shared his love and help with those who needed it even when he did not have much to give.He will be truly missed by those around him. James leaves to mourn; his wife, Taundiiee McCallum; two daughters, Taundy Johnson and Jessica McCallum; one brother, Anthony McCallum; Four Aunts, Retta Webb, Geneva McCallum, Roxie Wolff and Mary Springer; Two Uncles, Joseph McCallum and David Ivey; His best friend, Nathan Saunders; Two Surrogate Fathers, William Peters and Larry Aycock; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
