Jeffrey L. Farrington

Jeffrey L. Farrington, 76, of 38 S. Main Street, Stewartstown PA 17363 passed away on January 20, 2026. Born November 13, 1949, in York, PA to the late Webb Farrington and Ann (Waddell) Farrington.

Jeffrey was a graduate of York College of PA. In his youth he worked at the Yorktown Hotel as a porter. He later went on to work for SCHAAD Detective Agency, Inc. for 30 years as a security guard. Jeffrey loved to bowl and go skeet shooting. He loved dining out all over, the Coachlight Restaurant was one of his favorite places. Jeffrey loved talking to people. He was a WWII Historian and enthusiast. He always looked forward to the yearly trip to Laurel Springs, NC for the family reunion at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church every August.

Jeffrey is remembered by his Cousin Mark Farrington, Aunt Linda Boyce, Aunt Emeline Boyce, Aunt Louise Farrington and Uncle Robert Farrington. He is also remembered by many cousins, great nieces and nephews.

A public viewing will be held at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (19 South Main St. Stewartstown, PA 17363) on Thursday January 29, 2026, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
