Joyce Anne Siebert

Joyce Anne Siebert, 85, of York PA passed away on April 5, 2026. Born on January 22, 1941 in Baltimore City, MD, she was the daughter of the late William B. and Olivia D. (Knudsen) Stonnell.

Joyce worked as an executive secretary with P.H.H. in Hunt Valley, MD for 28 years prior to her retirement. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the York Alliance Church in York and graduated from Eastern High School in Baltimore, MD, class of 1959.

Joyce will be remembered by her husband William “Chuck” Charles Siebert, her children Steven Siebert (Lori), Mark Siebert (late Jerilynn), and Sharon Sprenkle (Neal), her 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother, John Stonnell and her sister, Gloria Christopher.

A public visitation will be held at York Alliance Church; 501 Rathton Rd., York, PA 17403 on Friday April 10, 2026 from 10:00AM - 11:00AM with a funeral service beginning at 11:00AM.

A luncheon will be held at the church after the funeral service.

Private Interment will be at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, 250 Chestnut Hill Road, York, PA 17402.
