Kathleen J. Singer

On June 22, Kathleen J. Singer, 60, passed away. Kathleen had a long career, first as a pharmacy technician before serving in the Federal government for 18 years as a program analyst. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, travelling, spending time with friends and caring for her family and five rescued cats. Kathleen is survived by her husband, Sonny Singer, son Sean, and his wife Jordyn, granddaughter Amree as well as her blended family of parents and eight siblings. She donated to many charities, including defenders of animals. A visitation of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom. Interment will be private.
