Linda R. Chick (Huber)

On July 16, 2017 Linda R. Chick, 61, passed away at Gilchrist Hospice Care in Towson, MD. Linda was born on April 3, 1956 in Baltimore, MD to the late Louis F. Huber, and the late Jean F. (Eigenbrodt) Conley (George W.). Linda worked at Broadmead in Hunt Valley, MD for 14 years as well as Farm Credit. Linda participated often at Stewartstown United Methodist Church with the bell choir, cantata, Summer Theater, and Company of Praise. Linda loved the beach and spending time with her children, family, and friends. Linda is survived by her children Kelly J. Chick and Kevin M. Chick. Linda is also survived by her husband George S. Chick and by 3 siblings Judith Loving (Hamilton), Eric Huber (Lauren), and James Conley (Elizabeth). Public Visitation will be from 7-9 PM on Friday July 21, at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 South Main Street, Stewartstown, PA. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday July 22, at Stewartstown United Methodist Church, 26 South Main Street, Stewartstown, PA. Dr. Keith Braucher will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8219 Town Center Drive, Baltimore, MD 21236, or to the Stewartstown United Methodist Church at the above listed address.
