Lucian E. Rebert

Lucian E. Rebert, 96, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 at ManorCare Health Services, Dallastown. He was the husband of Virginia R. (Grim) Rebert with whom he had celebrated 57 years of marriage on November 15, 2016. Funeral services are at the convenience of the family. The J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc. of Stewartstown is assisting the family. Lucian was born, July 16, 1920, in West Manchester Twp., York County, a son of the late Gilbert and Kathryn (Small) Rebert. In addition to his wife, Virginia, Lucian is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Cooper and her husband, Dennis of Stewartstown; two grandchildren, Stacy McCleaf and her husband, Zachary, and Dennis M. Cooper and his wife, Sandy; and three great-grandchildren, Skyler, Piper and Maximus. Lucian was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Lee Rebert; and two sisters.
