Mildred I. Bosley, 84, died Saturday, June 10, 2017 at her daughter's home in New Freedom. She was the wife of the late William "Bill" Bosley. Viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 15 at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, with the Rev. Dr. Roy C. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in New Freedom Cemetery. Born October 9, 1932 in Millers Station, Carroll County, MD, Mildred was the daughter of the late Posey and Grace C. (Shaffer) Boyd. Mildred was a member of Shrewsbury Gospel Temple. She had retired from AMP in 1988. Mildred loved her family and spending time with them and their children. Mildred is survived by a son, Ronald W. Bosley and his wife, Nancy; a daughter, Tammy A. Graf and her husband, James Dickerson; a step-son, John T. Bosley; a dear family friend, Joyce M. Glatfelter; a sister, Ann Herman; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Michael K. Bosley; and a sister, Geraldine Yeager.
