Nancy L. Waltimyer

Nancy Lee Waltimyer, age 89 of Norrisville MD, was born on Oct. 8, 1936, went to be with her Lord on Sept. 18, 2026. She lived in Pylesville MD and was married to Howard Alton Waltimyer. Born to the late Lawrence B. Hulshart and Nora S. Hulshart nee Anstine.

She is survived by her three children Philip Waltimyer and wife Diane, John Waltimyer and Robert Waltimyer and wife Mary, six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild She was the sister of the late Gloria Anderson, Lawrence Cecil Haulsart and Elsie Louise Moore.

Nancy was employed by North Harford High school before spending the majority of her career 1961-1985 as a food buyer for York Hospital. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Church Women. She spent many years as a church organist, church choir director for both Jr. and Sr. Choir. She was a life member and charter member for AUX VFW Post 7046 in Stewartstown, PA. She was also a member of the Madonna AARP where she enjoyed traveling with friends. She loved playing the organ, singing, reading and cooking.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 11:00 am -12:00 pm at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2036 Telegraph Rd., Pylesville, MD. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow in St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery in Pylesville, MD.
