Noel Joseph Vick, lovingly known as “Porky”, 86, of Baltimore, MD, entered God’s eternal care on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at home in Shrewsbury.

Born December 25, 1939, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William, Sr. and Margaret (nee Dalton) Vick.

Porky graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School (commonly known as Mervo-Tech) in Baltimore. He retired from the City of Baltimore – Montebello Water Treatment Plant, where he was the Operations Supervisor, after 34 years of loyal service. In his free time, Porky enjoyed duckpin bowling, telling jokes, and reminiscing about the “good old days”. He loved making people laugh and will be remembered for his quick sense of humor, his generous heart, and the kindness he so freely shared with those around him.

He is survived by two children; Stephen Vick & his wife Jennifer, and Heather Vick Richardson & her partner JR Dailey, as well as three grandchildren; Mason Vick, Porter Vick, and Lauryn Richardson. He also leaves behind one sister; Joan DiLiello (nee Vick). In addition to his parents, Porky was preceded in death by four siblings; Dolores Hubbard (nee Vick), Edward Vick, Sr., Willliam Vick, Jr., and Jack Dalton.

Following cremation, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
