Norma J. Wheeler

Norma J. Wheeler, 69, of Parkton, MD passed away on October 11, 2025. Born on September 5, 1956 she was the daughter of the late George A. and Phyllis R. (Armacost) Rosier.

Norma worked for Baltimore County Public Schools where she was a custodian, a school bus attendant and a school bus driver. She loved going to country music shows and worked on her farm. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed taking them everywhere with her.

Norma is survived by her children Laura Baer (Aaron) and LeAnna Taylor (Dustin), her grandchildren Branson, Paislee, Bradley and one on the way, her sister Kathie M. Wampler (Raymond) and her companion of 30 years Mark Lafferty.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 2:00pm at West Liberty United Methodist Church (20400 W. Liberty Rd. White Hall, MD 21161)
