Patricia Anne Valentine, lovingly known to family and friends as Patsy, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, in Towson, Maryland, at the age of 85. Born on January 30, 1940, in Baltimore to Clarence W. and Myrtle (Butler) Bell, Patsy grew up with a bright spirit, a generous heart, and a love for family that defined her life.
Patsy was the cherished mother of Ronald Miller, Debbie Rader, Cindy Valentine-Garcia, and Sherry Valentine-Rushing. She was a proud grandmother to Brenda, Heather, Stacey, Leah, Christopher, Britney, and Jacob, and a joyful great-grandmother to 18 great-grandchildren who were her pride and delight. Her home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and the delicious smells of her cooking — a gathering place for love, stories, and memories that will live on through the generations.
Known for her kindness, wit, and gentle strength, Patsy touched the hearts of everyone she met. She had a gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved. Whether she was sharing a freshly baked cookie or offering words of wisdom, she did it all with a gracious heart.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Margaret and her husband Craig, as well as Carol Ann and Missy Caplan, for the exceptional love, care, and devotion they provided during Patsy’s final year. Their kindness brought great comfort and peace to her and her family.
Patsy’s legacy of love, resilience, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered not only for the life she lived but for the love she gave so freely.
