Paul David Teague, 74, of Glen Rock, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Born in Street, Maryland, he was the son of the late Grant Teague Sr. and Martha Elizabeth (Doyle) Teague. He was the loving husband to Catherine “Cathy” (Holmes) Teague for 56 years.
Paul graduated from North Harford High School, class of 1969. He spent most of his working career in construction and carpentry. He enjoyed NASCAR, the Orioles and Ravens including attending many games in person and watching almost every game when he couldn’t attend in person, deer and squirrel hunting, and watching his John Wayne western movies. Paul enjoyed the times when he could spend time with his daughters when he coached their softball team when they were younger. Above all, he adored his grandchildren and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy; daughters, Christina “Chris” McDonough and her husband Ken, and Catina “Missy” Helton and her husband Jason; six grandchildren, Cole McDonough, Kirsten McDonough, Taylor Russell (Kate), Connor Helton, Cameron Helton, Julianna Helton; and three sisters, Mary Clark, Nancy Dunaway, and Shirley Streett. He was preceded in death by his seven brothers, Allen, Grant Jr., Rodger, Sam, Butch, Curtis, and Charles.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 11am-12pm at Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, Pa 17363. A funeral service will begin at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow the service in Highview Memorial Gardens in Fallston, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org) or the American Heart Association (www.heart.org).
