Portia Gonzalez

Patty, 85, of Shrewsbury PA passed away on February 12, 2026. She was born on August 12, 1940 in Sloan, Iowa.

Patty had a joyful spirit and a true appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. She loved penguins, anything chocolate, and never turned down a margarita and guacamole and good company. She was happiest surrounded by laughter and people she cared about, always ready to enjoy a good time. Patty also loved to read and spend quiet afternoons working on crossword puzzles and sipping on a cappuccino.

Patty dedicated many years of hard work and service to Osco Drug in Omaha, Nebraska, where she built lasting relationships with coworkers and customers alike. Patty spent most of her life in Omaha, Nebraska, where she built her home and career. In 2010, she moved to Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, to begin a new chapter closer to family. Though she relocated, Omaha always remained an important part of who she was. Her warmth, humor, and love of life will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children Richard Evans and Suzanne Kiani. She is also survived by her granddaughter Carley Evans and great-grandchildren Mason Jones and Jaxon Jones.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday. Time TBD.
