Roger John Pearson

Roger John Pearson, 83 passed away at York South Nursing and Rehab on June 24, 2025. He was born in Akron, Ohio on August 7, 1941. He was married for 61 years to his wife Joann. He was the son of George and Marie Pearson, of Ohio. He leaves behind his wife Joann, daughter Lyn McCullough and husband Mac, Grandsons Zack and his fiancée Ali, and Kyle McCullough. Preceded in death by daughter Laura and three brothers.

In his earlier years he was a D.C. Firemen and Retired from General Motors where he was head of Safety and before that Chief of Security. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and walked many miles to see the beauty of nature.

Services will be at Mt. Zion Potosi Christian Church at 10730 Mt. Zion Rd, Glen Rock, PA 17327 on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 4:00 pm. by Pastor Larry Parlett. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be given to the church at the above address or Parkinson Disease Association at 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island NY 10305 or PSPCA.

Cremation has taken place so there will be no grave side service. We would like to thank all the Caregivers for their support and love they gave Roger.
