Sandra “Cindy” Brown (Niedoba)

Sandra “Cindy” Brown (Niedoba), 70, of Glenville, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 17, 2026.

Born in October 1955, in Baltimore, MD, Sandra was the daughter of the late John Niedoba and Wilma Niedoba (Konopka). She was the loving wife to Danny Brown with whom she shared 43 years together until his passing in 2022.

Sandra graduated from Dundalk High School in 1973 and worked as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for Baltimore County for 30 years. She enjoyed tending to her plants, live rock music, steamed crabs, the ocean and spending time with her family.

Sandra is survived by her two children Natalie Ulrich (Brown) and Daniel Brown; her grandson Billy Ulrich; her four siblings Susan Outten, Sharon McCarthy, John Niedoba, and Jeffrey Niedoba; her cousins Debbie Mugrage and Len Niedoba; as well as many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
