Shirley Ethel Smith

Shirley Ethel (Marsteller) Smith, 88, formerly of Freeland, MD; currently of Glen Rock, PA; passed away on Friday, April 18th, 2025. She is survived by her loving children Pamela A. Charyszyn (Husband Emil), Victor L. Crouse (Wife Julie), Vincent Crouse (Wife Diane), Susan F. Matthews (Late Husband Terry), Lillian T. Koyce, Laura G. Grant, and Ruth N. Corbin (Fiancé Ace).

She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and her brother, Sonny Marsteller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne D. Smith, parents; Gilbert Franklin and Neta Frances (Jacobs) Marsteller, and sisters Gerry, Jean, Joan, and Janet.

Shirley was born in Hoffmanville, MD. She was a retired Machine Operator with Stewart Connectors. Shirley loved and adored her family, grandchildren, and her pets.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately. Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. of New Freedom is assisting the family with arrangements.
